Check-in time at the Grand Sierra Resort is after 3:00 p.m. on Friday.  Check-out time for participants has been extended to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.  Please see the CTA Registration Desk located in the Grand Salon if you have difficulty with your reservation.

 

Free WiFi - wireless internet service is available in all sleeping rooms however, if you access the internet through the TV or by cable modem you will incur a charge. 

 

You are responsible to make your own hotel reservation.  CTA has negotiated room rates with the Grand Sierra Resort:

 

             Standard room non-smoking                 $79* per night

             Standard room smoking                        $79* per night

             Summit Grand II non-smoking               $100* per night

             (Summit rooms are limited, early reservations are recommended)

 

Additional fees will be applied if more than 2 adults per room: 3 adults = $20 per night and 4 adults = $40 per night

The negotiated room rate will not be guaranteed after Friday, September 10.  To guarantee a room, you must supply a valid credit card number.
